131: 5 Lessons Learned From My Group Coaching Program

Welcome back! This week, my purpose for this episode is to be super vulnerable about my own journey as a group coach, and what I learned in my 2 years of group coaching female entrepreneurs through my group program, Fast Track to Four Figures.
This program is solely responsible for over 50 women reaching 4-figure monthly income in their online businesses, and it made me a 6-figure business owner for 2 years in a row.
I don’t believe any of that would have happened without constantly reflecting, debriefing, and getting really honest about how to coach my group better each week.
5 lessons I learned from being a group coach

Create learning for the people in your group vs. dumping your expertise
Prepare for group calls
Do not add “extras” for the purpose of getting people to participate
Focus on facilitation rather than zeroing in on one person at a time
Balance what your clients are asking for with your capabilities
Increase your return on time invested as a group coach
The goal of this episode is to increase your return on investment in time and effort. There are plenty of things you might be doing as a coach or group coach right now, that are not serving you or the client.

Is group coaching really for me?
Group coaching is a discipline, but it can be learned, and amazing things can happen in those environments that just can’t happen in a private 1:1 setting - no matter how good the coach is.
