Step 4 of Group Coaching Mastery: Delivering Content

Today’s episode focuses on the process of delivering results to your clients. We’ll dive into how you can effectively deliver content within your group program. I'll use my experience as an example, and you can follow along to tailor the process to your business.

Step 1: Define Your Program’s Purpose

Start by defining the primary result your program aims to achieve. For example, as a business coach working with newer entrepreneurs struggling to hit the four-figure monthly mark, my purpose was to help them achieve four-figure revenue. Your purpose will be specific to your niche and the primary goal of your clients.

Step 2: Establish Your Method

Next, outline how you want your clients to achieve this goal. There are numerous paths to any goal, but your program should focus on your unique method. For instance, I emphasize a simple and intentional approach to building a business, avoiding the hustle culture. Your method should reflect your philosophy and the most effective strategies you believe in.

Step 3: Identify Essential Components

Determine the essential elements your clients need to achieve the goal. Avoid overwhelming them with too much information. Instead, focus on what's necessary. In my Fast Track program, clients needed one offer, a relationship-building plan, a nurturing strategy, and a selling strategy. This streamlined focus helps clients achieve results without feeling overwhelmed.

Real-World Application For Your Group Coaching Program

When I applied this three-step process, my clients saw significant results:

- 95% weekly call attendance

- 98% of clients achieved the four-figure monthly goal multiple times within six months

- 65% client retention rate, with many moving to advanced programs

Your Turn For Your Group Coaching Program

Now it’s time for you to apply these steps to your program:

1. Define your one purpose.

2. Establish your guidelines for achieving this purpose.

3. Identify the essential components your clients need.

Remember, your guidelines will keep you aligned with your coaching philosophy and ensure you provide consistent value. Don’t let the deliverables overwhelm you—stay focused on what’s truly necessary for your clients to succeed.
